Our Mission

Sustainable Fashion for a Healthy Planet

We are unapologetically conscious to the core

We created YesAnd to banish the stigma that sustainable fashion has to sacrifice style, quality, fit, color, comfort or price. You can actually have it all, and more. Our vibe is edgy, flattering & fun — YES, AND we are certified organic, low-impact dyed, and ethically made! No one should have to compromise value or values in order to make a smart and stylish fashion statement. With our world ever-evolving: we design with a bright vision of the future in mind.

Our Mission

The YesAnd journey — fashion is not at odds with sustainability.

Our founder, Marci Zaroff, has spent decades as living proof that an individual can be both a tree-hugger and a fashionista. yes and is just one manifestation of Marci’s vision to change the world through sustainable business. She has been planting seeds of consciousness globally; as a serial ecopreneur, keynote speaker, mentor and advisor. Those seeds have taken root and sprouted into the yes and brand, which truly goes beyond style.

Leadership

Marci’s leadership in transforming the fashion industry from within —through advisory boards, trade associations, and working groups—has solidified her position as an organic authority and expert trailblazer. She believes that truly sustainable brands need to focus not only on people, planet and prosperity, but also passion and purpose.
